The Queensbury Hotel - Description:
Acclaimed for TOP VALUE AND COMFORT the newly refurbished QUEENSBURY HOTEL extends a very warm welcome to all guests whether on business or pleasure. This beautifully restored Regency Grade II listed building enjoys a central seafront location overlooking the lawns and gardens of Regency Square beneath which a discreet NCP car park offers very convenient parking right outside the front door. All amenities are close to hand and within minutes of conference centres, the beach, theatres, cinemas, shops and the thirty-odd restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs in Preston Street. A wide selection of comfortable rooms are available to suit most requirements and budgets from standard twins and doubles to triples and quads. All STANDARD ROOMS have an en suite shower with WC on the landing whilst SUPERIOR ROOMS have fully en suite facilities. Eight rooms have views across the garden square to the sea and all GRAND ROOMS enjoy high ceilings and chandeliers, two with direct access to a private balcony with views across to the West Pier and English Channel. In keeping with legislation the hotel has a no-smoking policy throughout. All guests enjoy complimentary wi-fi internet and a buffet continental breakfast with a selection of fruit juices, cereals, hot beverages, toast and conserves. Children and well-behaved pets are welcome. Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm with check-out by 11am but a late check-out is available by special arrangement and subject to a small charge. Discounts are available for long-stay reservations subject to availabity.

The Queensbury Hotel - Directions:
Driving - from London take the M23 which becomes the A23. Follow this road straight into Brighton until you reach the Palace Pier roundabout at which take the 3rd exit to head west along the seafront. After approx 1 Km you will see the remains of the West Pier - take the right-hand filter lane into Preston Street then the next right into Regency Square. The Queensbury Hotel is halfway down the east side of the square. Pay and Display parking is available outside the hotel, (no charge between 8pm and 9am), but for long term its cheaper to use the NCP underground car park whose entrance is at the north-west corner of the square.On foot from Brighton Station - Walk south along Queens Road to the Clock Tower then take a right into Western Road. Continue for approx 0.5 Km then take a left into Preston Street. Regency Square is the 3rd left where you will find The Queensbury Hotel half way down the east side of the square.
